All these Libertads are stuck in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The reverse of the coin features the Mexican Symbol of the eagle with a snake in its mouth standing on a cactus with the wording 'Estados Unidos Mexicanos' (United Mexican States). A winged Victoria of Mexican Independence Victory Column in front of a landscape with the volcanoes Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl. Minted at Casa de Moneda de Mexico, one of the oldest in North America and established in 1536.
