William IV 1830-1837 Copper Farthing
You could call William IV the unexpected King. After the short reign of his brother George IV, William was forced into Kingship. He was coerced into a legitimate marriage with Adelaide of Saxon-Coburg after bearing 10 Children with an actress called Dorothea Jordan. He had a further 2 children with Adelaide who unfortunately did not survive childhood. The monarchy was then pasted over to Victoria
These copper farthings were issued throughout his short reign. All coins can be regarded as scare. Date of our choice will be sent depending on stock. Coins will be in very fine condition
